A Story Beyond the Mind
FROM OCD TO NEUROPLASTICITY :
A JOURNEY THROUGH MIND, BODY, EMOTIONS AND AWARENESS
THE ROOTS
MUSIC, CREATIVITY AND INNER JOURNEY
Dante (birth name: Giulio) was born in a small town in Southern Italy.
At the age of six, he began private piano studies, taking his first steps into the world of music.
As the years passed, Dante gradually integrated into society, attending public school while continuing his piano education
at the local conservatory.
Although surrounded by many friends and acquaintances, he constantly experienced a deep sense of obligation, oppression, and limitation, particularly within the musical environment.
OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER AND THE DISCOVERY OF OBSERVATION
At the age of 13, Dante encountered his first major obstacle : Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
His first compulsions and rituals appeared mysterious to his parents, who had no understanding of what was happening.
Despite this, they took the situation seriously and began searching for answers.
Through research and medical advice, they learned that psychiatric support was recommended.
Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications were prescribed, but the situation gradually worsened.
Eventually, a different path was chosen. Medication was discontinued, and Dante began working with a psychologist specialized exclusively in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
Dante left the conservatory and fully committed himself to the healing process.
After approximately two months, through dedicated exercises and specific techniques, he managed to overcome OCD and began exploring the world of observation and awareness.
A NEW WORLD: ART, PHILOSOPHY, AND THE DISCOVERY OF LONDON
After completing his studies and serving one year in the Italian Navy, Dante moved to Rome, where he began performing at artistic events and exhibitions, playing his own original compositions.
Naturally, he became deeply interested in psychology, philosophy, and mysticism, exploring transformational alchemy
and observing the mind from a non-dual perspective.
For him, observation and non-judgment became essential principles.
After a bright period of study and personal growth, Dante decided to leave Italy and move to England.
A new world opened before him.
There, he encountered new cultures, different ethnicities, and entirely new ways of thinking.
He realized that the world extended far beyond the reality he had known in his hometown.
Dante quickly learned English and pursued his musical career, beginning as a street performer and eventually touring Europe as a pianist and keyboard player in various musical projects.
"I felt good. I played, I created, but deep inside I knew I was hiding something."
CHRONIC PAIN, OCD AND MIND-BODY CONNECTION
In 2020, Dante began to feel that something in the world had fundamentally changed.
The COVID-19 pandemic entered society, bringing isolation and disrupting human connection.
Confined to his apartment, Dante struggled to accept what was happening around him.
"I felt like a rat trapped in a cage… burned by society, by lies, by decisions that were not mine. I was lost."
He soon realized that all the inner work he had done was only the beginning of a much deeper journey.
Dante fell into intense anger and rage, followed by severe depression, suicidal thoughts, and intense anxiety.
He began experiencing chronic pain and recurring physical symptoms throughout his body, losing his sense of inner stability.
One night, during a dream, he heard a voice whisper:
"Come back."
The following day, he decided to return to his hometown in Italy.
After returning home, Dante consulted numerous doctors in an attempt to understand what was happening.
Following extensive medical examinations, including blood tests, MRI scans, ultrasounds, and electromyography,
he received multiple diagnoses, including :
Chronic Prostatitis - Cystitis - Prostatitis - Irritable Bowel Syndrome - Pudendal Neuralgia - Pubalgia - Coxalgia - Spondylolisthesis - Spondylosis - Lower Back Pain - L4-L5-S1 Protrusions - Fibromyalgia - Scoliosis - Tendinitis - Piriformis Syndrome - Social Anxiety.
Following these diagnoses, Dante underwent pharmacological treatments, physiotherapy, and osteopathic care.
Paradoxically, his symptoms continued to worsen.
He then turned toward alternative and holistic approaches, including:
Shamanic Healing, Acupuncture, Energy Healing, Reiki, Herbal and Nutritional Therapies
Once again, nothing seemed to work.
Eventually, Dante stopped searching for healing outside of himself.
He left everything behind and moved alone to the countryside.
RECONNECTION, ART AND INNER TRANSFORMATION
Dante moved into an isolated villa near the sea, where he lived alone for an entire year.
There, his true journey began.
Dante began discovering his deepest fears, his hidden anger, and the emotions he had suppressed for years.
Music, art, and creativity became essential elements of his healing process.
"Art does not speak through words. It does not judge. It does not know fear, anger, pain, or pleasure.
Art goes beyond the mind and becomes a key capable of taking us to places where the mind no longer has a reason to exist.
Art, Music, is not just a "hobby" Art heals. Art lives. Art simply is.Art is part of us. Art is who we are.
Throughout my journey, music brought me a level of awareness and healing that no teacher could ever give me.
This is why I share and teach the power of music and art through my coaching.
When we give space to art, we give space to meditation and to ourselves.
My artist name, DANTE, represents the opening of the heart through music."
NEUROPLASTICITY, AND THE INTEGRATION OF SCIENCE AND SPIRITUALITY
During this period, Dante began experiencing mystical and out-of-body experiences, as well as profound visions during practices such as paradoxical relaxation, mindfulness, and somatic tracking.
He integrated meditation, Qi Gong, and the teachings of authors and spiritual teachers including Osho, Eckhart Tolle, Joe Dispenza,
John Sarno, Alan Watts, Igor Sibaldi, Salvatore Brizzi, Giorgio Nardone, Jiddu Krishnamurti, and the Bible.
At the same time, he studied neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and epigenetics, gradually connecting science and spirituality
into a unified understanding of consciousness.
"From classical science to epigenetics, from Buddhism to Christianity, from neuroplasticity to Chinese medicine, from shamanism to alchemy, from quantum physics to spirituality."
During his time in nature and reconnection, Dante began experiencing relief and gradual improvement in his symptoms.
He realized that the key was learning to listen to the body.
DAL PERCORSO PERSONALE
AL METODO COACHING
Through the study of neuroplasticity and the development of inner awareness, while dismantling deeply limiting beliefs inherited from society, Dante gradually returned to a state of physical and emotional well-being.
"What was blocking me was not the pain itself, but the way I judged the pain."
"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
Today, this is what I teach with love and authenticity through my sessions: helping others transform their lives and rewrite a destiny that only we have the power to create."
TODAY
Today, Dante is fully dedicated to his project, OltreMente, where he supports individuals through one-to-one Mind-Body Neuroplastic Coaching Sessions.
His work combines neuroscience, neuroplasticity, emotional transformation, spirituality, and the mind-body connection, helping people rediscover their authentic nature.
At the same time, Dante integrates coaching into his piano concerts
creating transformative experiences through music, storytelling, and awareness.

His experiential concerts are transformative journeys where music, storytelling, and awareness intertwine to foster inner alchemy and the awakening of the soul.
His mission stems from his own journey of healing from chronic pain and obsessive-compulsive disorder: an experience that allowed him to deeply understand the mechanisms of suffering and transform them into tools for liberation.
