This is the foundation of the work I offer:

an approach born through years of study in both Italy and England, but above all,

shaped through my own lived experience.

I know the darkness of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder intimately.

I understand its mechanisms, its strategies, its disguises, its deceptions, its doubts

and every form of control it attempts to impose upon our lives.

I have encountered OCD in its purest forms - pure, spiritual, aggressive, hypochondriac while also passing through the prison of chronic pain,

eventually discovering the profound and often surprising connection between these two experiences.

I know what it means to be trapped by them,

and I know what it means to find freedom through three fundamental keys:

Awareness. Observation. Acceptance.

For this reason, I am not here to teach you how to fight a problem, a symptom, or a thought.

I am here to help you move through it, discovering that within the very place you fear the most,

your freedom is already waiting.
